“Akito!” he barked the first time the kid rammed the door. Then, “Knock it off!” followed by, “I SAID STOP IT, GODDAMMIT!” the third time.
“Ha, nice try! Don’t come bitchin’ to me about not caring about what you want—you don’t give a shit about what I want either! Your demands are unreasonable and I declare them utter bullshit. And like hell he’s just your friend. You forget that unlike all of these other kids you’ve got fooled here, I actually know you. And for your fucking information, all of the work WE did did not just happen on your end! I was the one there every goddamn day and every goddamn night, not mom, and not dad! And not your fucking ‘freedom fighter’ walking blowjob, either!” At this point, it was probably a good thing that there was a door between them.

"Nii-san I cared to help you but it went far enough when you took my love for A-T away, when you destroyed my fun and freedom," he said back in a light voice, this time he moved his right foot and started to kick the door. "Let me out! LET ME OUT! I want to go home, I don't want to be around you anymore, just leave me alone!" Akito continued with his rampage, and tears had already escalated in his eye. Since the kicking didn't work he want back to ramming into the door, kicking at it, punching at it and jingling the door knob which would start to get annoying.

“Knock it off. ...I said stop it. ...STOP. IT. AKITO. WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM?! Are you going fucking crazy again?!” This time, Kaito spun around and kicked the door back. “I offered to take you home, you little shit, and you and attacked me!” As if it were meant for Agito, Kaito’s knuckles thudded into the door and rattled it on its hinges. “Who the fuck do you two think you are, anyway? You’re lucky anyone cares enough about you to try to bring you home, and this is how you treat me?!”

"It's not a home with you! It's not! It's a cage!" Akito continued to retaliate against his brother and he took a few steps back when Kaito had made an assault on the door. His head quickly dropped to his bag, he could just do it and get out of here in a breeze .. ! Moving closer to the door he put his face near it to say one more thing, "you're selfish, Nii-san. You're horrible, you never cared about me! Stop lying!"

When Kaito’s fist hit the door next, it splintered.
“YOU’RE selfish because you have no idea why I do what I do. You’re selfish because you’ve never ONCE thanked me. You’re selfish for making me do all of this.” He twisted his knuckles in the splintered indent he’d made, teeth clenched. “And it’s a CAGE in our home, it’s a cage so they don’t shoot you in the head and put you out of our misery.”

"LIAR," Akito said once more as he continued about, this time he had had it. Lifting his hands to his ears he said loudly, "I'm not listening! La la la la la!" He didn't want to hear any of it, no more of it because tears were running down his cheek by now. Akito had stumbled back from the door just in case Kaito decided to open it. But his eye lit up and he dropped his hands to slowly go through his book bag, once he had found the A-Ts he had slipped them on and slowly let himself roll back towards the shelf. Biting his lower lip he cringed with these words, "I don't like you, Kaito! I DON'T!"

God...DAMN...it...
This time when he hit the door, two of his knuckles actually went through. Little sharp bits of wood scattered on the floor at Akito’s feet, but instead of a third blow, there was nothing. No shouting, no threats. Nothing.
Kaito had turned away, flexing both of his hands in frustration and fury, the knuckles of one splintered and bloody, and then, all at once, the anger snuffed. He went back to the desk, turned around, and sat on top of it, facing the door. He found his cigarettes in his pockets, tapped one out, lit it with a green lighter, and smoked in silence while his hand bled a dark red stain on his knee.

Akito had rolled back with the pounding only to find that the door had crumbled to small splinters of wood. There was silence for awhile and he figured that Kaito had gone and left. Moving forward on his A-Ts he moved his fingers towards the door to peek his eye in the newly formed hole to see that Kaito was just sitting there, smoking and bleeding. Frowning he looked at the door knob and pushed himself away from the door. All at once he had flung his right foot up to kick the door knob in. Now that it was loose he had jingled it with his hand to allow the door swing up. There stood Akito with his fingers raveled into his palms, rolling out on his A-Ts. "I'm done, sensei," Akito announced, bowing his head to his brother before turning to roll away, holding the book bag idly in his palm.

“Fuck you, anyway,” replied Kaito quietly, torn fingers holding a cigarette that was shockingly white by contrast. He exhaled two plumes of smoke from his nose and glanced away from Akito.
“...but I’ll be here tomorrow, tomorrow, and every tomorrow after that. You don’t have to be my brother,” he said, placing the cigarette between his lips again. “But you’re still my hound.” If Akito wanted cold, he could have cold.

A smile curled on his lips as he watched Kaito from the corner of his eye, "I have no master." That was his reply before he turned around on his A-Ts, watching Kaito, the smile disappearing into a frown. "Nii-san, just because I don't like you anymore doesn't mean I stopped loving you," Akito replied with honestly, no matter what Kaito would remain his brother and they had to share the same bloodline - that type of thing always came with love. No matter what, family was there and related, whether someone liked it or not.

That, surprisingly, silenced Kaito momentarily. He smoked a little longer, until the blood on his hand became sticky and began to stiffen, and then said, “You never liked me. You just liked the things I gave you, like those A-Ts, how to find your fucking ‘road.’ Now he’s gonna do what? Give you something else? Something better?”
Kaito held out his arm and tapped cigarette ash in the trash bin. “...please.”

"I like A-T, not the A-Ts I wear. You can't give me something as great as that, you never could," Akito replied as he watched Kaito fume and bitch about the circumstances. And why was Akito still here? Because he did still care for Kaito, he cared and missed the old times when they were brothers. But now the brotherly relationship wasn't mutual, it was all distorted in vein. "Nobody is going to give me anything, I'll find what I want on my own and take it instead," to take, it's what you taught me after all, Nii-san.

“No,” Kaito insisted, narrowing his eyes and scowling over at Akito again. “I gave you your A-Ts, and I taught you how to use them. I gave you that love. Or do you just fucking forget that shit when it’s convenient for you to walk away for some middle-schooler with a nudist fetish?”

Akito nodded his head at the other's words and he solemnly spoke up, "then I thank you for giving me A-T, Nii-san." Carefully he turned his head and his body back around so that he was no longer facing Kaito. "Now I have to go thank Ikki for giving me happiness and freedom," with that said he started in a slow stride to go towards the door, the desks all still aligned to the right side of the room.

“I’ll never stop,” warned Kaito in that low voice he used only for Akito, from behind. “If you do this to me, I will never, ever stop. You know I have the authority, the resources, the time and the will. Every friend you make I’ll destroy. If this is how you want us to be, then...” He stubbed out his cigarette gently, to save the second half for later. “...it’s war.”
